Is English enough for people who are self-made consultants? 😅

Hello! My name is View and I'm planning to go to Seoul to get some cosmetic procedures done, but I'm a bit worried about communication. 😅 My English is decent enough, but I'm not a native speaker. I wanted to ask—do people from other countries generally speak English well, or is it okay to just use your own language? Will the initial consultation staff understand if I actually speak English?

I've seen people mention translators or translation apps, but I'm not sure how effective they are. Has anyone here been through this experience? How do you handle consultations at clinics using English? Or should I go with a friend who speaks Korean? I'd really appreciate some advice! 🙏
