Hi everyone! I'm Nadia from Indonesia, and I'm planning aesthetic treatment in Korea next year. But honestly, I'm a bit nervous about choosing a trustworthy clinic, especially since I'm not very fluent in Korean.
Can anyone share their experience with screening clinics there? I'm curious about whether it's really important to have an interpreter or a consultation in English? I'm worried about miscommunication about what I want, how the treatment will turn out.
So, what do you usually check before deciding? Like a portfolio, a free consultation, or something else? I'm also a bit confused about how long it usually takes to stay in Korea for treatment plus recovery.
Thank you so much for sharing your tips! I hope this information is helpful 🙏

I'm also considering getting skincare treatments in Korea, and I totally understand your concerns! I think the most important thing is to look at beforehand photos and consultations at several hospitals. Some hospitals do offer English or Chinese translation services, which makes communication much smoother. Good luck, Nadia! Let's research together, and we'll definitely find a reliable place. 😊
Hi Nadia! I'm also from Indonesia and have been to Korea for treatment, so I totally understand your concerns. In my experience, finding a clinic with staff who can speak English or even Indonesian is really helpful—don't be shy about asking via email or chat before coming. They can usually provide an online consultation first so you can explain your needs in detail. Good luck! 💚
That's reassuring! I wonder if Nadia plans to go just once or if she'll need to go multiple times, because follow-up appointments after the procedure might require repeat visits with the doctor. Maybe ask for clarification on everything before signing the contract.
