Hello everyone, it's You Han! I'm planning to get a small cosmetic procedure done in Korea recently, but due to work, I might have to fly back home immediately afterward. I'm really worried about facial swelling during the flight and don't know what products to bring for post-procedure care.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? I've heard that cold compresses and swelling reduction are crucial after the procedure, but I'm not sure exactly what to prepare. Should I ask the doctor for recommendations on specific care products beforehand? Also, does the face tend to swell more during flights?

I've been in a similar situation, and what helped the most was bringing a refrigerated cooling mask or even just a regular cold compress on the plane—flight attendants are usually happy to help if you ask for ice. Oh, and don't forget to drink plenty of water during your trip, as dehydration on a plane can make swelling more noticeable.
