Do Colostrum Supplements Really Help with Height Growth?
Hello, I am a 40-year-old mom raising a 6-year-old son.
My son just got his height measured at daycare, and I froze for a moment when I saw the results. ㅠㅠ They say the average height for a 6-year-old boy is about 120cm, but my son is only 111cm. A 9cm difference is immediately noticeable when standing side by side, isn't it? ;; I always see him in the very front row in the daycare group photos, so it weighs on my mind for no reason. I also heard he can't wash at the sink without a step stool. ㅠㅜ I saw posts on a parenting forum saying that colostrum supplements help with growth, and there were surprisingly many posts saying they are good for height growth as well as immunity. Sigh...
There are so many different types of colostrum supplements, and the ingredients vary from product to product, so it is really hard to set a standard for which one will be effective. ^^; Even when I ask other moms around me, no one says they give them to their children. Please let me know if those of you who have actually given colostrum supplements saw any results!

I looked into colostrum supplements myself, but I figured they were just expensive and ineffective, so I just didn't give them to my son. Now, my 4th-grade son is the smallest in his class. Lately, I've been regretting it because I think things would have been different if I had started something back then.
Oh my, I realize now that I shouldn't give up just because it's expensive. I should stop hesitating and properly look into colostrum supplements too!
Wow... I really worried a lot about my child's height too. In my case, I was giving colostrum supplements, but after I found out about oral growth hormones, I gave them to my child for about 6 months, and they grew 8cm! I really tried everything—making them exercise and giving them massages—but they only started growing after I gave them the oral growth hormone.
