I've read that swelling is pretty normal after these kinds of treatments, and I'm honestly a bit nervous about managing it while traveling.

Does anyone have tips on what products or items helped with swelling reduction? Like, should I bring my own pain relievers and antihistamines, or is it easier to just buy them there? I'm also wondering if there are any gentle skincare products I should have on hand—I don't want to mess anything up during recovery.
