Aftercare essentials for your post-beauty treatment recovery

Hi! I'm preparing for a beauty trip to Korea at the end of this month, and I'm a bit worried about what to bring for aftercare. I'll only be there for 5 days before returning abroad. I was thinking about bringing cooling masks or silicone scar sheets from Thailand. I'm not getting major surgery, just something light, and I want to heal quickly.

Has anyone who's done recovery in Korea brought OTC soothing gels or cooling masks with them? I'm wondering if they're easy to find there or if it's better to prepare them from home, especially since I'll have jet lag and might be a bit disoriented. Does anyone have experience or advice? 🥺
