Hi everyone, I'm Yao. I'm considering getting a small procedure done in Korea, but I have absolutely no experience choosing a clinic. I see many foreign friends getting cosmetic procedures done in Korea, but I really don't know how to tell which places are reputable and reliable.
I'd like to ask you all, how did you find a clinic you trust? I'm particularly worried about the language barrier because my Korean isn't very good. Do reliable clinics usually provide Chinese translation services? Or is it better to find a place with Chinese-speaking consultation services? Also, what should I pay special attention to during the consultation?
Also, how do you usually do your research before going? Is it okay to just look at reviews, or are there other more reliable methods? I've heard that some places offer free consultations first. What questions should I ask then to determine if the doctor is professional? I feel these details are especially important!
If any of you could share your experiences, I would be so grateful!

I'm also worried about the language barrier. Have you considered finding a place with Chinese-speaking staff? I've heard that some hospitals offer Chinese translation services, but I'm not sure how effective they are. How do you plan to handle this?
