Hello! My name is Gift, and I'm planning a trip to Korea. I was thinking of getting a small, non-invasive procedure done while I'm there. The thing is, I'll be staying for about two weeks, and I'm worried about swelling or redness after the procedure. I wanted to ask what I should prepare for self-care if I get a procedure done and then travel.
Specifically, I'm curious about swelling. Does anyone know what products I should have on hand and what to avoid while traveling? I'm also concerned about the airplane environment and cleaning. I'd love to hear tips from anyone who has been through this before!
Thanks in advance! 😊

I had the same concerns when I visited Korea! 😅 I recommend bringing cooling wipes and a good moisturizer in your bag. Try to avoid spicy food and alcohol for the first two days, as they can increase redness and swelling. On the plane, especially, try to drink plenty of water and elevate your legs a bit to help reduce swelling! 💙
