Some people have translated reviews for me to read, but I'm still not sure if the information is real. There have been times when I've seen reviews that seemed strange, almost like they were written by themselves, and I don't know what the red flags are. So, I wanted to ask if anyone has tried and has ways to check, like what points to look for or what to avoid.

For example, if I see a review saying "the best in the world" or "100% results," that's suspicious, right? Does anyone have experience and can offer some advice? Thank you in advance 🙏
