Can you filter out good facial contouring clinics to some extent just by looking at the reviews?

I'm looking for a place good at facial contouring, but it's hard to judge even with lots of before-and-after photos.

I feel like the areas they excel at differ depending on the specific area, like the cheekbones or chin.

During the consultation, do they assess your face shape to determine which surgeries are necessary and which aren't?

How did you check to make sure you weren't getting an over-consultation when looking for a good clinic? ㅠㅠ
