How can foreigners find a trustworthy clinic in Korea?

Hello everyone! I'm Wati, from Indonesia. I'm planning a trip to Korea next month for aesthetic treatments, but honestly, I'm a bit nervous about how to find a clinic that's truly trustworthy. Has anyone been there before? I'd love to hear your tips.

What worries me most is how to communicate with the doctors and clinic staff. Do most clinics in Korea have interpreters or English-speaking staff? I'm afraid of miscommunication, especially during the initial consultation. Can anyone explain the process?

Also, besides recommendations from friends, are there other ways to filter legitimate clinics? I've read about review sites or special forums, but I'm not sure if I can trust everything. What do you usually check before you finally visit a clinic? I'd be so happy if anyone is willing to share their experiences!
