Seeking help with swelling reduction and post-operative care after minor surgery; what products should I bring on a business trip?

Hi everyone, I'm Hui. I'd like to ask experienced ladies for advice: if I have a minor procedure like Petit and need to return to China immediately for a business trip, what special precautions should I take regarding swelling reduction and post-operative care?

Because of work, my stay in Korea might be short, and I'm worried that the swelling will be quite noticeable on the way back and in the first few days after returning home. I've heard that ice packs are important, but it's not convenient to bring ice packs on a plane. Are there any alternatives?

Also, I'd like to ask what kind of aftercare products you usually prepare. Is it better to buy them at drugstores in Korea, or can I buy similar products in China? I'm not sure what to bring, and I'm worried about not being prepared enough or having too much luggage. If any of you have had similar experiences, could you please share your advice?
