How should I care for myself after a minor surgery abroad? Can any sisters share their experiences?

Hi everyone, I'm Shanshan. I'm thinking about getting a small aesthetic procedure done in Korea recently, but my schedule is quite tight, and I'll be flying out of the country for a few days right after. I'm really worried about post-operative care because I've heard that the swelling and care in the first few days are particularly crucial.

I wanted to ask experienced sisters, if I need to bring some care products back home after the procedure, what types of things would be best to pack? For example, for cold compresses, reducing swelling, or moisturizing? I'm not quite sure when I should use what. Also, will sitting on a plane for so long potentially worsen the swelling?

If anyone has gone through a similar experience, could you share what products you brought or any advice you have? I want to do my homework as much as possible so I can take good care of myself after returning home. Thank you all!
