Has anyone here had experience with post-mini facelift care? What should I pack for a trip?

Hi everyone, I'm Chi from Vietnam. I'm planning to have a minor skin-tightening procedure next week, but I have a trip abroad for about 5-7 days afterward. I'm a bit worried about post-procedure care while traveling.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? I need to know what products to bring to help reduce swelling and care for my skin while traveling. I'm unsure about what to pack (like masks, creams, drinks, etc.) to support my recovery.

I have two questions: (1) What types of products do you usually use for post-procedure care? (2) Are there any specific things to avoid when traveling after a procedure? Thank you in advance!
