How do foreigners find a good clinic in Korea?

Hello, my name is Tuya and I am from Mongolia. I am thinking of getting cosmetic treatment in Korea and my biggest concern is finding a reliable clinic. How do you all start here? There are so many sites on the internet and it is hard to know which ones are really good.

One of my questions is about the possibility of an interpreter or speaking English. Is there an interpreter during the consultation? How important is that? Also, what do you check before choosing a clinic for a consultation? Do you use online reviews, social media, or other methods?

If you have gone this route, have you received good help from any site? I am confused about what to look for to get a reliable consultation. Thank you!
