Aftercare prep for a beauty trip — what do you pack?

Hi everyone! My name is Ayu, and I'm preparing for a trip to Korea next month for some treatments. I've done a lot of research on aftercare, but I'm confused about whether to bring something from Indonesia or buy it locally.

I wanted to ask those of you with experience—what do you usually bring? I've seen a lot of people recommend cooling masks and soothing gels, but I don't know which brands are good or whether it's more worthwhile to buy them in Korea. Some people have also mentioned silicone scar sheets, but I'm still deciding whether they're worth it for preparation.

My budget is quite limited, so I want to make sure what I buy is truly useful. Do you have any suggestions on what to prioritize? What feels most essential and can't be left behind? I'd really appreciate it if anyone would share their experience! 🙏
