Is it okay to get consultations in Seoul without knowing Korean?

Hello everyone, I'm Thanh from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul for consultations about some aesthetic adjustments, but I only know English and no Korean at all. I'd like to ask if English or Vietnamese is sufficient when consulting at beauty/clinic locations there, or if a translator is mandatory? Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

I'm a bit worried because some aesthetic specialty places in the Gangnam area seem to cater to quite a few international clients, but I'm not sure about their level of English support. Has anyone consulted there and faced language difficulties? Or are there ways to prepare in advance to avoid misunderstandings?
