Should I fly to Seoul for double eyelid surgery?

I'm considering going to Seoul for double eyelid surgery and I'm really not sure if it's worth it. I'm in Vietnam and have researched some places there, but after seeing reviews and pictures from friends who've been there, I'm thinking of trying something overseas. My worry is whether the total cost of flights, hotels, and the surgery itself will be too expensive.

I've heard some people say that the doctors in Seoul are very experienced and have different techniques, but I'm not sure if the difference is that significant. I'm afraid I'm just being influenced by the "going to Korea for beauty" trend. Has anyone else traveled from Vietnam for this procedure? Do you think it's worth it? And how do I decide whether to choose a place in Vietnam or further away?

Furthermore, I'm worried about follow-up appointments after the surgery. What if something goes wrong? Will I have to fly back? I'd appreciate any experiences and advice!
