I can't remember exactly how many years ago it was... I had rhinoplasty to fix my bulbous nose, but
it didn't improve,
so I'm looking into reviews for revision rhinoplasty.
Since it's a revision, I suppose I should use autologous rib cartilage, right...?
I never imagined I'd end up needing revision rhinoplasty... lol.
Is there anyone who can share reviews on revision rhinoplasty for bulbous noses?
I plan to schedule my route around Gangnam Station or Sinsa Station to visit all the clinics for consultations in one day, so please recommend some hospitals in that area as well.

It wasn't a revision surgery, but my nose was low and bulbous... So I had rhinoplasty with Moriette, which doesn't cause worries about side effects. The bulbous look is gone, and I'm 100% satisfied haha. I heard that Moriette has a microtextured surface, which minimizes capsular contracture and helps it settle stably.
Dr. Kim Kuk-hyun's private clinic at Human Yiyong is famous for revision surgeries. It operates on a 100% appointment-only basis, so I recommend making a reservation before visiting for a consultation!
Autologous rib surgery isn't necessarily the right answer, so I recommend getting a consultation. Dr. Yoon Seok-ho at Gangnam Miho approaches the design and materials perfectly tailored to your condition, and he delivers truly high-quality results, so I suggest giving him a try.
Since not all revision surgeries require autologous rib cartilage, it is best to consult with a doctor to decide on the material. The director was impeccable in terms of skill and experience, and the lines turned out beautifully with a sleek, luxurious feel, so I highly recommend checking out Yerom. There were many reviews showing significant improvement regardless of pre-operative conditions, and since the hospital is well-equipped with safety systems, I was able to undergo the surgery safely!
My friend and I went to Olive together for a bulbous nose and revision surgery, and now I look like I'm seeing her face for the first time... The surgery turned out really well, so I'm considering getting a consultation too...
I had revision surgery because I had a drooping tip and my bulbous nose wasn't corrected well during the first surgery. They completely fixed all the parts I was dissatisfied with from the first surgery, and the design turned out perfectly to match the style I was looking for, so I highly recommend getting a consultation at Yerom. The director was great at creating lines that women would truly love, and their aesthetic sense and surgical skills were excellent.💙
You're looking between Gangnam and Sinsa, right? Then check out Miho in Sinnonhyeon. I've also decided to see the director there for my second nose surgery. Miho is a long-standing, well-known hospital in Gangnam for rhinoplasty, and the reviews are great because patients who have had surgery with the director don't experience any sagging or deformation of their nose lines, making it a good place to go for a revision. I went for a consultation, and I was really impressed with the session itself because the director took great care of the basic foundation to ensure the nose line would be established stably.
For revision surgery on a bulbous nose, you must remove scar tissue and suture the cartilage at the tip of the nose to ensure effective results!
