Hi everyone, I'm Lu. I've been thinking about going to Korea for a cosmetic procedure recently, but the more I think about it, the more nervous I get because this will be my first time doing something like this abroad. My main concern is how to reasonably budget my expenses and time.

I've read some posts and it feels like it's not just the cost of the procedure itself, but also flights, accommodation, and food. Just thinking about it all at once feels overwhelming. Plus, I'm not really sure how many days the whole process takes – do I absolutely need to stay a few extra days for recovery? Has anyone been able to share how much time, roughly, is appropriate to prepare for from departure to return?

Also, I wanted to ask everyone, how do you budget? Do you first decide on the procedure and then estimate related expenses, or do you have other planning methods? Right now, I'm feeling a bit lost and like I need to organize my thoughts. Experienced ladies, please share your advice!
