I've tried using translation apps and looking for English versions of websites, but in reality, how do you all tell reliable information apart? Specifically, are there any red flags, like really bad reviews or suspicious-looking posts?

For example, is it things like amazing results in a short period of time, or prices that are extremely cheap? Also, is the information different between sites for foreigners and sites for Koreans?
