Which part of the face lasts the longest after double jaw surgery?

I've seen many reviews saying that residual swelling lasts longer than the initial swelling.

Does it vary from person to person, specifically whether the swelling in the cheeks or under the jaw lasts longer?

I'm worried because I heard it's difficult to judge the results immediately after surgery due to swelling.

I'm also worried that there might be a difference in swelling between photos and in person. ㅠㅠ
