My name is Tuyen, and I'm planning a trip to South Korea for some facial treatments. Since it's my first time, I'm a little worried about the recovery process, especially since I'll be flying back in a few days. I'm considering what to pack.
I've heard many people use cooling masks to reduce swelling, and some people recommend silicone scar sheets to monitor healing afterward. I'm also unsure which soothing gel is best. Could someone recommend some things I should prepare? I'd like to buy them in Vietnam beforehand, or would it be better to buy them there?
Thank you everyone! I would be very happy if someone with experience could share their recovery preparation tips with me. 😊

Hi Tuyen! From my experience in Korea, it's crucial to bring sunscreen and lip balm from home because local products can be different for our skin, and it's more convenient than searching for them locally. Don't forget to communicate carefully with the clinic about your flight schedule, as they can usually provide recovery advice that's suitable for your timeline!
Hi Tuyan! This is also my first time going to Korea for a skincare treatment, so I totally understand your concerns 😅 I'm also debating whether to bring some soothing masks and cooling pads from China beforehand. I feel like it might be more convenient to buy them locally, and their skincare products are indeed quite good, but if you have a brand you particularly trust, it's good to have some in advance.
