As a foreigner, how can I trust Korean-language reviews?

Hi everyone, I'm Oanh from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to South Korea for some cosmetic procedures, but I'm worried about reading reviews. My Korean isn't very good; I can only translate bits and pieces, so I'm worried I might miss something or misunderstand something. Those of you with experience, please tell me: how can I tell which reviews are reliable? What are some suspicious signs I should look out for?

I'm trying to find information from Korean review sites, but they're all short and I'm not sure if they're from people who have actually had the procedures. Does anyone know how to distinguish between real and fake reviews? Or how can I find reviews from other foreigners?

Also, I want to know what I should pay attention to when dealing with these places. Are there any signs of an unreliable establishment that I should avoid? I would be very grateful if anyone could share their experience or advice!
