Help! How do I read reviews of Korean clinics when I don't understand Korean? 😅

Hi! My name is Gift, and I'm from Thailand. I'm looking for a beauty clinic in South Korea, but I'm having a big problem: I can't read Korean at all 😭 It's so hard to tell what other people are saying when reading reviews on websites or apps. It's difficult to discern what others are saying and which reviews are trustworthy.

My Korean friends have told me to be wary of "fake reviews," but I don't know where to find real information. Can anyone tell me what to look for when reading reviews to avoid unreliable sources? What should I be careful about? And for those who can read English better, where should I look for information?
