I'm curious about the effects of soft tissue contouring!!

I've been really worried about my face shape lately. I looked into getting contouring done, but it sounds really scary. So, while researching further, I found out about a procedure/surgery called soft tissue contouring. I heard that this can refine your face shape without touching the bone... So, for those of you who have had soft tissue contouring, how were the results? Are you satisfied? Please share your experiences. Also, please share places with good results and the original clinics that perform it.
