Hi everyone, I'm Qing. I've been thinking about getting a medical aesthetics procedure done in Korea recently, but as a foreigner I'm honestly feeling a bit lost. I wanted to ask you all—how did you find clinics you could trust? What channels did you use to learn about them?
My biggest concern right now is the language barrier. Has anyone had experience using translation apps or hiring an interpreter? Do clinics usually have consultants who speak English or Chinese on staff? Or do you need to find a translator beforehand? I'd like to know what the initial consultation process is typically like.
Also, what do you all look at when choosing a clinic? For example, the doctor's background, the clinic's facilities, whether there are before-and-after photos available... I'm completely new to this and would love to hear about your experiences and recommendations. Can anyone share how you did your research? Thanks!
