How can I tell if reviews for Korean cosmetic clinics are trustworthy, even as a foreigner?

Hello, I'm Riko. I'm thinking about getting cosmetic procedures in Korea, but honestly, my Korean isn't very good, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to read online reviews. There are posts in Japanese and English too, but I'm not sure if I can really trust them...

What I'm particularly concerned about is how to distinguish between "real patient reviews" and "promotional posts." I think it's risky to judge solely by photos, and I know there's a big difference in recovery periods and individual results. Plus, I've heard stories about clinic descriptions being quite different from actual results, which is a bit scary...
