Quynh: Should I work in Vietnam or fly to South Korea?

I'm torn between two options and don't know which to choose. I want to have a cosmetic procedure done, but I'm considering whether to find a doctor in Saigon or fly to South Korea. There are pros and cons on both sides, and it's really hard for me to decide.

Some people say South Korea has more advanced techniques, while others say I'm more familiar with the climate and language at home. I also don't know which doctor is reputable and suitable. Besides, how do I calculate the cost reasonably? Will flying over and staying for a few days save money, or will it cost more?

I'd like to ask everyone: has anyone ever been in this situation? What factors did you consider most when making your decision? I know everyone's opinions are different, but I'd like to hear your experiences for reference. Thank you!
