I'm torn between two options and don't know which to choose. I want to have a cosmetic procedure done, but I'm considering whether to find a doctor in Saigon or fly to South Korea. There are pros and cons on both sides, and it's really hard for me to decide.

Besides, how do I calculate the cost reasonably? Will flying over and staying for a few days save money, or will it cost more?
