Hi everyone, I'm Nhung. I'm planning to have a minor procedure in Seoul next week, but the problem is I have to travel to another country for 5-6 days. I'm worried about swelling and the possibility of not being able to take care of myself as well as I would at home.
I'd like to ask if anyone who has experienced a similar situation should prepare anything? What products should I bring to help reduce swelling or aid recovery? Like face masks, moisturizing creams, or anything else? I'm also unsure whether I should buy them in Korea or if I can find them in my home country.
Also, I'd like to know what to avoid during this period, such as whether I should go out in the sun, what to drink and what not to drink, and how to recover normally. Thank you all so much! Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Wueng! I was thinking the same thing, so this is a really timely question. I hope someone with experience can share some tips, because I'm also nervous about treatments while traveling. Good luck with your procedure!
