Hi everyone! I'm Chiahui from Taiwan. I'm planning to have some beauty treatments in Seoul recently, but I'm a little worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but not fluent, and my Chinese is fine, of course. I'd like to ask everyone, is communicating in English usually enough when consulting at clinics in Seoul? Or will it be difficult?
I'm a little worried about misunderstandings when explaining my needs, especially when it comes to details. Has anyone had treatments in Seoul using either English or Chinese? Would you suggest bringing a translator, or preparing my questions in Chinese beforehand?
Also, many clinics have English versions on their websites, but I don't know the English proficiency of the staff during the on-site consultation. I hope experienced ladies can share their insights! Thank you!
