What aftercare items should I bring to Korea? 🛫

Hello! My name is Aom. Starting next month, I'll be going to Korea for aesthetic treatments. I've planned to pack a lot of aftercare items, but I'm still unsure about what exactly to bring. Has anyone here had experience with this? What do you recommend?

I'm thinking of bringing a cooling mask because I know my skin will be inflamed after the procedures. But I'm not sure which type is good, or if it's better to bring one from home or buy it in Korea. Also, what's the difference between silicone scar sheets and soothing gels? Which one do you use more often?

Since my recovery time might require me to stay in my room for a while, I want to be fully prepared to take care of my skin. If anyone has been before and has recommendations or tips on what to bring, please share with me! 🙏✨
