Hi everyone, I'm Min, and I'm currently considering getting a minor cosmetic procedure done in Korea. But honestly, as a foreigner, finding a clinic here feels a bit overwhelming... I see a lot of recommendations online, but how do you tell which ones are genuine feedback and which might just be advertisements?
My biggest concern is the communication barrier. Has anyone had procedures done at clinics abroad? How do they usually handle language difficulties during consultations? Do they provide a translator, or do the doctors themselves speak English or Chinese? I want to make sure I can clearly understand the treatment plan and any potential risks.
Also, how do you all typically choose a clinic? Are there any key points to check or confirm beforehand? For example, doctor's qualifications, clinic equipment, how can these be verified? I know I can't rely solely on online reviews, but I'm not sure what other options there are.
It would be great if any of you have experience in this area and could share how you did your research. Thanks!
