I've seen people mention masks or sprays often, but I'm not sure which ones are actually good to use once I get home. Does anyone have any experience with what to prepare? And do you have any simple self-care tips for traveling? It sounds like it might be a bit hectic traveling during the time when swelling is at its peak. 😅
