How do you tell the difference between genuine and fake reviews when it comes to cosmetic procedures in Korea?

Hi, this is Yumi. I'm thinking about getting a cosmetic procedure in Korea, but honestly, I'm not very good at Korean, so I'm having trouble reading reviews.

I can find reviews in Japanese and English, but there aren't many... Korean reviews definitely have more information. But I'm worried about relying solely on translation apps. How do you all determine whether a facility is trustworthy when there's a language barrier?

Also, are there any suspicious reviews or points to watch out for? For example, if there are any red flags like excessively edited photos, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me. If anyone has had a similar experience, please give me some advice 😭
