What are the long-term changes in touch and sensation after PRP fat grafting?

I am scheduled for PRP fat grafting. What is the extent of the risk regarding changes in the texture (firmness/lump) of the graft site, decreased skin sensation or numbness, the formation of lesions such as calcification or oil cysts months or years after the procedure, and confusion in the interpretation of ultrasound, MRI, and mammograms? Also, what items must be included in the medical records for future examinations to minimize interpretation confusion?
