Does anyone have experience with post-procedure care in South Korea?

My name is Phuong, and I just finished a minor procedure in Seoul and am currently recovering. I'm a little worried because my face is still swollen and slightly bruised, even though the consultant said it's normal. Can you share some daily care tips? I'm trying to keep my face clean and drink plenty of water, but I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do.

I'm considering what to do in the next few days to reduce the swelling. I heard about using cold water, but I'm not sure how to do it correctly. Has anyone experienced something similar in Korea and can share their experience? I'd be very grateful if you could give me some helpful advice! 😊
