Doing it at home is more convenient and saves on airfare, but I've heard many people praise Korea for its quality service and advanced technology. Can anyone share how you decided?

I'm worried that if I choose to have it done in Vietnam, I might not get good results, but flying to Korea will be significantly more expensive — flight, accommodation, and recovery time.
