What supplies should I buy to prepare for post-treatment care upon returning home? Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi! I'm planning a trip to Korea next month for non-surgical cosmetic treatment, but I'm not sure what to buy for post-treatment self-care. I've heard people talk about cooling masks and silicone scar sheets, but I'm not sure how important they are.

Could anyone who's been there give me some advice? What should I pack? Should I include post-treatment gels, or are general Korean products sufficient? And what's the approximate cost? I want to prepare now.

Or, can I actually buy these things once I arrive in Korea? And where can I find these kinds of skincare products? Thank you in advance for your advice!
