Hi everyone, I'm Xinyi. I'm planning to get some medical aesthetic procedures in Korea soon, but honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed. I've heard there are a lot of clinics in Korea, but as a foreigner, how can I tell if a clinic is reliable?
My biggest concern is the communication barrier. Has anyone here shared how they ensure a clinic has adequate Chinese consultation or translation services? For example, during the initial consultation, how do you confirm they can explain things in detail in a language you understand? I feel this is really important for the whole experience, and I don't want any issues to arise due to communication problems.
Also, what do you usually look at before choosing a clinic? For instance, should I check the doctor's qualifications, or look for reviews from other foreign patients? I know I can't rely solely on online reviews, but at least it can give me a general direction, right? Any experienced folks out there who can offer some advice? Thanks!
