What should I bring to help with swelling after a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea?

Hi, this is Isa. I'm planning to have a minor procedure in Korea next month, and I have some questions about aftercare.

I understand that swelling after the procedure is quite common, and I'm wondering what items I should bring with me until I fly home. What do you all prepare? Cooling sheets, special creams, etc.? Also, are there any swelling prevention methods I can do myself at the hotel?

Since this is my first procedure, I'm honestly quite anxious. I would appreciate any advice on how to manage my time after returning home, including post-procedure care. Experienced individuals, please give me some advice!
