Hello, friends! I am going to Seoul soon and I am thinking of getting a small cosmetic procedure done there. But the problem is that I will be there during the trip. I am told that I will probably have some swelling for 3-4 days after. Is there any care product or practice that will help reduce the swelling during that time? What did you bring?
Should I bring cold compresses or any special solution? Also, is it recommended to bring some weight before and after the surgery? I am a very sensitive person during the trip, so I would like some good advice on how to protect myself. If you have had any symptoms of this, could you please give me some suggestions?

I understand your anxiety! I used to worry about swelling while traveling too. I found that bringing cold compresses and drinking plenty of water helped a lot, but the most important thing is to ask your doctor carefully about what precautions to take after each step to best protect yourself—everyone is different.
I was also worried like this when I first went for treatment in Seoul! I think the most helpful thing is to bring a cold compress and don't forget to drink lots of water during the trip, because long journeys can cause dehydration and worsen swelling. I hope everything goes smoothly and everything goes well!
