Hey everyone! I'm planning a trip to Seoul in a couple months and I'm seriously thinking about getting a consultation for a treatment I've been researching. My Korean is... basically non-existent lol. I can say hello and thank you but that's honestly it. I'm wondering if anyone here has done consultations without speaking fluent Korean? Do most places have English-speaking staff, or should I be prepared to bring a translator or something? I'm not sure if this varies a lot depending on where you go. Also curious—did you feel comfortable asking detailed questions in English, or did the language thing make it harder to explain what you wanted? Any experiences would help me figure out if I should try to learn some basic Korean phrases or if I'm overthinking this 😅
