scars on the body
I have a scar from an old injury, and it is really stressing me out because even after all this time, the skin texture remains smooth and raised. If it were just hyperpigmentation, I could cover it with concealer, but since the texture is different only in this area, the scar texture is clearly visible even when I apply makeup, and it looks uneven and cakey. Since it is in a noticeable spot, are there any clinics that provide thorough aftercare to prevent the scar from recurring?

I had my scars removed at Cheongdam Gium. Don't stress about it; please get a consultation with the director... They provide personalized consultations.
Oh man, removing scars is tough, isn't it?
Since the appropriate procedure for scar treatment varies depending on the type and condition of the scar, it is recommended to get a consultation first.
I received scar treatment at Benjamin Dermatology in Sinsa, and I saw great results because they tailored a comprehensive, customized treatment plan for me.
My dad recognizes it too, so I'm curious as well.
You should try consulting with a dermatology clinic specializing in scars. If it has become shiny, it looks similar to stretch marks. I received laser treatment for my severe stretch marks at I Love Dermatology, and they are skilled at treating various types of scars, so you should check them out.
