What should I pack for post-beauty treatment skincare in Korea?

Hi there! I'm planning a trip to Korea next month and want to get some skin treatments done. But I'm not sure what skincare to pack for post-treatment care back home. Has anyone packed skincare for this purpose?

I've seen people mention that cooling masks are great for swelling and heat, but I'm not sure what kind to look for. Also, do silicone scar sheets actually work? And where can I find them? I'm worried I won't be able to find them once I get back to Thailand.

Does anyone have experience with this? What did you pack that was actually useful? I'm thinking of getting a soothing gel made in Korea, as I've seen many people rave about it, but I'm still not entirely sure. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
