I'm looking into forehead lifts, and I've noticed there are various surgical methods.

It seems the methods—endoscopic incision versus fixation—and the fixation techniques differ depending on the degree of sagging. When I go for a consultation, I think I'll need to specifically ask about the fixation and surgical techniques. Does an endoscopic forehead lift have a shorter duration of results than an incisional one?

If so, would an incisional lift be better even if the sagging isn't that severe? I'm curious...
