What language should be used during a consultation in Seoul?

Hello, friend! I'm planning to visit a cosmetic surgery clinic in Seoul later this year. However, I'm a bit anxious about one thing — I expect most consultations will be in English, and I'm worried about whether communication in Mongolian will be possible.
