Hi everyone, I'm Emi. I'm actually really torn about something right now and decided to post because I'm hoping for some advice.
I've been thinking about getting some kind of skin treatment, but I'm debating whether to do it domestically or to go all out and get it done in Korea. Korea definitely has a lot more options and seems to have a wealth of experience, plus the appeal of being able to absorb K-beauty trends and cosmetics at the same time is a big draw. But then again, if I do it domestically, I can get immediate support if anything comes up, and there's no language barrier... you know?
For those who have had treatments done domestically, in Korea, or tried both... what were your reasons for deciding? What did you prioritize the most – cost, post-treatment follow-up, peace of mind, etc.? I'd love to hear your honest opinions. Also, if you opted for a treatment in Korea, what factors did you consider when choosing?
I'm still completely undecided, so hearing everyone's experiences would be a huge help!
