Hello everyone! My name is Net, and I recently had a petit procedure done. I'm still experiencing a bit of swelling and bruising 😅. This is my first time, so I'd love to get some tips from those of you who have experience.

Could you please share how you take care of yourselves after this type of procedure to reduce swelling and bruising quickly? Have you tried anything that genuinely helped? For example, using ice or avoiding certain things? Please write them down. I'm sure everyone has their own methods 😊.

Also, if anyone has advice on how to care for the treated area without risking the procedure's effectiveness, please share!
