What I'm mainly struggling with right now are: flight costs, how long I'll need to stay here, and the cost of the medical aesthetics procedures themselves... These combined might not be a small sum. I know everyone's budget and needs are different, but I'd like to get a general idea of the range first, so I can decide when it's reasonable to depart. Also, I'm not quite sure how many days I'll need to recover before I can go out and about, which will directly affect my itinerary.

Are there any sisters who have been through this who can share how you planned your entire trip? For example, how many days you typically stayed here, how you arranged your recovery period, and how you controlled your overall budget?
